ÃÆ' â € ° clat Chocolate is an artisanal chocolate company founded in West Chester, Pennsylvania in 2005 by Christopher Curtin. They are most recognized for their liquid caramel, the Peruvian Nacional Truffle Pure and the collaboration bar "Good & Evil" with Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert.

In addition to the more classic flavors, ÃÆ' â € ° clat Chocolate offers a more striking flavor combination such as Green Tea & amp; Nasi Bakar and Porcini & amp; Thyme in their latest product line, Bar Parallel. The Parallel Bar has been featured in the New York Times and Bon Appetit for the unique use of the double flavors and chocolates that run parallel to each other in the bar, hence its name.
