The Armista Apartments , also known as Waldorf Apartments , at 555 Eest 100 South in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA were built in 1927. They are listed in the National List of Places Historic in 1989.

The building is important as representing urbanization of Salt Lake City during 1890-1930, a period in which over 180 "urban apartments" (apartment buildings) were built. Urban apartments are a new and important type of housing, the "document [ed] accommodation builders and residents with the realities of overcrowded living conditions and high land values", compared to suburban style architecture that would signify the rejection of urbanization.

The apartment building was built for about $ 80,000 and the apartment was advertised as "Beautiful 3 room apartment, equipped with a range of electricity and electric cooling $ 40.00 to $ 42.00 One of the most modern and strategically located apartments in the city."
