The ZCMI Center Mall is a shopping center near Temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah owned by Zions Securities Corporation, which opened in 1975 and closed in 2007. At the time of its opening, the largest downtown mall in this country. ZCMI stands for Mercantile Sion Cooperative Institute, which refers to a department store owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) which has locations in Utah and Idaho until it is sold to the Department Store Company in May. The ZCMI Center Mall, along with the affiliated Crossroads Plaza Mall, was once the largest shopping area in Salt Lake City.

On October 3, 2006, the LDS Church announced a redevelopment plan for the ZCMI Center and Crossroads Plaza mall, as part of a $ 1 billion rebuilding plan known as the City Creek Center. The plan called for the demolition of ZCMI Center Mall and Crossroads Plaza Mall at the end of summer 2008.

The demolition of the entire project area began in November 2006, starting with Inn at Temple Square and Crossroads Plaza Mall. City Creek replacement center opened in 2012.

One feature of the ZCMI Center is the large glass chandelier that hangs in the former ZCMI store. The hanging lights, made of Austrian glass and handblown crystals imported from Venice, Italy, weighed 3 tons and were custom-made for this store when it opened in 1975. Macy's, the new owner of the store, donated 1,500 pieces of wax that had been unpacked. to various charitable organizations.
