The salt mine has the capacity to hold more than 350,000 tons of salt at a time. Salt is extracted from these bodies through "cut and blast mining" or "continuous mining". "Mining cut and explosive" requires cutting a hole into a rock and filling it with an explosive. "Continuous mining" requires the use of machines to extract pieces of stone. Both of these processes are solved by destroying the extracted pieces to produce small grains. Himalayan Sherpa Pink Salt and Epsoak Epsom Salt is a rock salt.
