History
Brownie Brittle was created by Sheila G. Mains in Palm Beach, Florida, as part of Sheila G Brands. Mother has been a commercial brown bread maker since 1992, and finally bought a 1-800-Brownie phone number. The first theme parks that order brownies for sale in their garden place orders for 37,000 brownies. Finally, he grills and sells up to 1.6 million brownies per year. Among his clients, he was a producer for brownies at Disney World since 1994. Brownie Brittle's first incarnation was called "Brownie Crisps," but they did not take off.
The idea for fragile brownies and chips comes from the hardened droplets that will come out of the pot used in the factory, and he develops a new kind of process that will only produce a crisp brownie edge. The company is re-launching "Brownie Crisps" as Brownie Brittle and renamed products were first sold in retail stores in April 2011. This is the first commercial chocolate crisp company in the United States. In 2012 the company received $ 8 million in sales, and received the "Best New Snack Product" prize at the National Confectionery Sales Association awards ceremony. Also in 2012 Brownie Brittle is nominated as one of the most innovative new products at Sweets and Snacks Expo and has sold over two million bags of products. Brownie Brittle also entered into a partnership with Weinstein Co. to provide snacks for the film prime minister, as well as their Golden Globe and Oscar events.
